Wordless Wednesday-Let there be light…

We are working on light and heat energy and just studied how the human eye sees.  The students filled out a worksheet to go along with their models.  They had a blast making these.  I love using models to teach science concepts.  Do you use models?

I am a STEM Lab teacher so I definitely use models. We make models of items all the time. When I had a regular classroom I also had students create examples, posters, models, or drawings as we learned.
